Silent Theatre Festival 2025

Silent Theatre Festival 2025 continued its commitment to non-verbal performing arts-an
expressive form that transcends spoken language.
The festival offers a space where audiences
of all ages can experience the power of communication through movement, masks, and
physical storytelling.

Following its debut in 2024, this year’s edition expanded significantly with five original
productions by both Thai and international artists.
The lineup included:
– 2 performances by Thai artists
– 1 international solo work
– 2 collaborative pieces between Thai and Japanese artists
All performances remained accessible and welcoming to people of all ages and language
backgrounds.

The festival also grew in its creative exchange, presenting two workshops led by international
artists:
– Modern Mime Workshop by Silent Rocco, a renowned mime artist from Germany
– Mask & Mime for Children, a playful experience led by a Japanese artist from House of
Mask & Mime

In 2025, the festival stage became more than just a space for performance-it was a platform
for sharing, learning, and artistic exploration together.

Silent Theatre Festival remains committed to expanding this wordless world of imagination and
continues to open new doors to performing arts experiences that go beyond language-for
everyone.
